1. Use of Website

This website is for information, product viewing, and wholesale/retail inquiries.

Prices are provided on request and may vary depending on order size, location, and availability.

You agree not to misuse the website or its content (copying, reselling, misrepresentation).

2. Product Information

All products displayed are alcohol-free attars and fragrance oils.

We strive for accuracy in descriptions, but actual packaging, color, and fragrance nuances may vary.

Products are intended for personal use, resale, or gifting, not for reproduction or reverse-engineering.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are processed via WhatsApp, phone, or enquiry forms only.

Payment terms, shipping fees, and timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if required (e.g., incorrect details, non-payment, misuse).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Pan-India using trusted courier partners.

Delivery times are approximate and depend on location.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, unforeseen events, or incorrect addresses provided.

5. Returns & Replacements

Due to hygiene and safety, opened or used attars cannot be returned.

If a product is damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered, we will arrange a replacement after verification.

All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

6. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Customization (packaging or fragrance mix) may be available for wholesale customers, subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ).

Bulk pricing is valid only at the time of quotation and may change later.

Resellers must comply with local laws regarding product resale.

7. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, product names, images, and website content belong to Prabir Fragrances.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for skin allergies, misuse, or results beyond standard use.

Always conduct a patch test before applying attars directly to skin.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kota, Rajasthan courts only.
